We very strongly advise that you check product sizes and colours before placing your order. The most common reason for non-faulty returns is due to misjudging product sizing’s. Goods can be returned to us within 14 days. This is at the buyers expense (unless the goods are faulty or damaged).
Please contact us on 01773 718 719 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the return if possible. This will speed up the process.

A credit for the goods (but not the outbound carriage) will be raised as soon as the goods are received back into our stock.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whilst we endeavour to provide high quality items in an efficient manner, in rare instances goods can be damaged in transit. If you return an item to us that is faulty or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on 01773 718 719 within 30 Days or email us email@example.com us to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach our office.
